Archiving problems – storage is full

When: When archiving a transaction the first time after it has been opened or signed.

Why: You do not have enough storage space in your archive.

Solution: An administrator can increase your storage. If the problem occurs in a role, contact your organisation administrator, if it occurs in your personal identity contact Meaplus support.

When storage is increased: Create a new transaction with the same content. This time the transaction will be archived.
